ElectraFest Volunteer Opportunities

Hi there VEVA Members and friends. We need volunteers to make ELECTRAFEST a complete success. The event is June 11th (10am-4pm) but we will need some help in advance. See what you'd like to do and answer with your number of selection:

1. Registration - Helping the day of the event, and creating vehicles info list
2. Setup Friday 5-7 pm before gates lockup - Receiving cars and moving stuff around
3. Setup Saturday early at 7:30am - Getting all ready for the Show!
4. Biffy-Hauling - need to move them 60' on a trailer and then fence around them
5. Power distribution - Help electrician with power connections
6. BBQ - Food fans?
7. Signage - Help with directional signage
8. Safety, Traffic Security - Help control the wayward
9. Tents, tarps - Help set up tents,tarps, chairs, tables, etc
10. Garbage cans - Does anyone have garbage cans and bags - to keep the venue clean?
11. Fencing - Setting up misc fence for Washrooms and certain pedestrian areas
12. Music - Perhaps live acoustic entertainers? (guitars, voice, no drums)
13. 1912 Detroit - Help with moving, loading/unloading trailer
14. Dynasty IT - Helping with driving, or loading/unloading from trailer
15. Badges - Help with volunteer ID badges
16. Documentation - Make and place data sheets on EVs
17. Kids Zone - Watching over kids area.
